Ralph and Amy Luksza are the proud new owners of The Breeze Beachfront Resort. As longtime locals, they bring a passion for hospitality and a deep appreciation for the Surfside Beach community. Their goal is to continue providing a welcoming, well-maintained beachfront retreat for all guests.

Great spot for a few days of rest and relaxation. The rooms are newly remodeled and it's right on the beach. The only improvements I can see was the way too bright exit signs above the doors, lights on the balconies that you couldn't turn off (made sleep a little harder), the front door had some type of glitch in its ability to close and lock when closed from inside (took multiple attempts to get it to stay closed), and some construction that was a little noisy during the day. Otherwise the location was perfect, loved the room, and the people were super friendly. Feels like they are constantly making improvements as it appeared a possible bar and restaurant in the future (per the construction).

AND the most dog-friendly community you could ask for!|Their vision is coming alive with the bar & grill, and completely updated rooms prioritizing privacy & comfort with no shortcuts.|It’s been fun to watch all the hard work come to life; we look forward to several more vistas this season.

What an amazing find! The place itself is fantastic, but the people truly make the beach experience even better. This was such a relaxing yet fun escape. The beach town is lovely, filled with friendly and happy people.
The Breeze is family-run, and they work hard every day to make each guest’s stay special. Don’t pass this place up—whether you’re parking a camper or looking to enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay with beautiful views from one of their six suites.

The staff are exceptional and make you feel like family. We stayed in the RV camping with concrete pads, clean and very well kept. We did get a chance to see the rooms for rent. They are decorated with beach themes and very nice. Cannot say enough about this place. Feels like a second home and we will be back. Wish we could stay longer.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Breeze on Surfside Beach! Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. Everything about it felt relaxing and well thought out, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment.

What really made our stay special, though, was the hospitality. Ralph his family and his staff were top notch, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt right at home.

If you're looking for the perfect beach getaway, this is it. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend The Breeze to anyone wanting a seamless, relaxing, and memorable stay.

RV site was clean and well kept. The property is in excellent shape and the owners have a great vision of what they want this place to be. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar being built at the moment but will be a great destination for families and anyone at the resort. Felt welcomed and appreciated the entire time. I have spent years at Surfside and this will be hands down the nicest spot to stay.

We booked last minute on booking.com without much consideration of anything other than availability. But MAN, we were so incredibly surprised. The staff were so kind and accommodating and the amenities were so impressive. We will definitely be back!
