To all our previous guests, we thank you for your patronage! Since purchasing the Breeze Hotel and RV Park in 2019, we have strived to provide an enjoyable and relaxing beach front experience for all our guests. We have had the pleasure of meeting numerous people from all over the United States, as well as several from out of the country. Through our ownership, and time spent in the Surfside Beach Community, we have had an incredible experience. And so, it is with mixed feelings that we announce our retirement from the hospitality industry and the sale of the Breeze to new "local" owners, Ralph and Amy Luksza.
Many of you know that the Breeze was hit hard by hurricane Beryl and although the RV Park suffered very little damage, the hotel was not so lucky and has been closed since that storm. However, the good news is that the new owners have exciting plans for refurbishment and improvements to the hotel that we know you will all appreciate. We hope you will welcome Ralph and Amy and their family and continue to enjoy staying at the Breeze whenever you are looking for a relaxing beachfront stay.
